We simply can't afford EU

Blissfully unreported developments in Strasbourg this week.

Yes, another £200million down the swanny, paid for by your good selves. Hope you feel you've got your money's worth.

Trixy, what's the EPP? Some posts on toe blogosphere are mentioning this without explaining. Excuse my ignorance but the EU's empire building doesn't conern me. If it did I'd have already had the proverbial heart attack.

Keep it up Nigel.

Sub: The EPP is a group in the European Parliament led by a French guy called Joseph Daul who does bad things with money which isn't his. It used to be led by the now President who is keeping up with his German history by trying to mimic Hitler's enabling Act. They take money from MEPs who are members to use for campaigning for yes votes on the constitution and want further integration. Oh, and the Tories are in it. Cameron saod they wouldn't be for very long but then Cameron knows as much about the EU as I do about underwater basket weaving. Hope that helps!

Blood boils every time I read something about the EU. Has nothing good come out of this corrupt exercise?
